NON TATA TRACK
The Tata track of the quiz witnessed the defending champion from TCS continue to dominate the Delhi final while the second spot was a close fight finishing in a tie between TCS and Tata Communications, the latter winning the dual.
The external track of the quiz was a cracker from the word go. The pace, the tempo and the energy levels of the teams reflected the eagerness to score at every possible opportunity. The initial round witnessed an early surge by NTPC as the other teams caught up with them. Indiatimes and Genpact produced some outstanding answers that baffled the audience as Mint and Accenture started a trifle slowly.
As the quiz moved on NTPC held its ground but the other teams scored to narrow the margin and set themselves up for the final onslaught. The final round witnessed a breathtaking comeback from the seasoned Accenture duo who in Pickbrain’s words would ‘find it difficult to erase memories of this quiz’ as they ended up just 5 points behind the eventual champions NTPC.
