Nokia India represented by Aravindh Ramaiah and Anish Raju emerged champions at the Cochin edition of Tata Crucible. They were followed by National Instruments and Malayala Manorama.

The final was a very absorbing battle with most teams starting on an even pitch in the first couple of rounds of the quiz. It was Airtel that set the ball rolling to be followed by Malayala Manorama and Nokia. As the quiz moved into the second phase Malayala Manorama and Nokia started moving ahead of the rest and it started to look like a two way battle.
The next round based on lateral thinking proved to be a thriller as National Instruments came up with a couple of outstanding answers to power their way back into contention as the other teams moved up as well. The quiz at this juncture was really placed in perfect balance with four of the six teams with a possibility win the title.
In the final round National Instruments took the first question to draw level with Malayala Manorama while Nokia swept the final two questions with truly breath taking answers to ensure they won the quiz with a bang. National Instruments and Malayala Manorama had to battle it out in a tie breaker for the second spot.
National Instruments got the tie breaker question right to win themselves Rs.35,000/- and a host of goodies while Nokia India took home a cash prize of Rs.75,000/- and the goodies.
