Amrita School of Engineering, Coimbatore win at Tata Crucible Campus Hackathon 2019 - Bengaluru Finals

The Bengaluru Finals were held on Saturday March 16, 2019 at Christ University. 24 shortlisted teams attended the event. The winning team was represented by Juluru Anudeep, Gudimetla Kowshik, Priyamvada Mahesh and Vineeth Chennuru from Amrita School of Engineering, Coimbatore who presented a solution on “Development of innovative safety measures for two-wheelers” challenge and their solution was titled Smart Navigation Gloves. The runner-up team was represented by Harsh Umang, Harshal Tikare and Madhu Kumar S. from Vellore Institute of Technology and they presented a solution on the– “Low cost technology solution for effective sanitization of community toilets” challenge. The two jury members were Shrinivas Kulkarni from Group Technology and Innovation Office and Dhruv Parikh from Social Alpha.
