Known to many as the quizzing capital of India, Kolkata turned out in large numbers for its edition of Crucible on a quite Sunday afternoon. With 233 teams in the fray the tension was palpable during the prelim which was followed by two wildcard rounds to arrive at the six finalists.
The early rounds of the final saw IIM-C, Jadavpur University and Praxis Business School move ahead of the rest. The buzzer rounds that followed witnessed more teams joining these three on the score board and with two rounds to go it seemed a even battle.

IIM-C who lost the quiz a year ago came back in style to regain a title they have now won thrice in the last five years.
The quiz is truly amazing; it really shows how much talent our youth possess.
