Campus Quiz Results - Bangalore – Christ University pips IIMB at the post

In a super Sunday blockbuster that saw quizmaster Pickbrain search for adjectives to describe, it was a dream come true for two youngsters from Christ University as they marched past a strong fight from IIM-B to win the Bangalore final. The quiz saw over 250 teams taking part with a wildcard round that followed a 20 question prelim to identify the six finalists.

The top six at Bangalore were :

  • RVCE – Harish & Samartha
  • IIM-B – Rahul R & Siddharth Vij
  • Christ University – Anirudh. M J & Abhinav M
  • BMSCE – Balram.S & Santosh.S
  • Christ University – Sankarshan Baliga & Kuldeep.D
  • IIPM – Deexita G J & Jayanth N

The first few rounds did not reveal much on who would win. Nearly all teams running equal through the first few rounds of the quiz. The buzzers played their part as the good teams started moving ahead with some awesome answers. Christ University struck a good lead and reached 40 in this round. In the final round IIM-B played remarkable to finish a narrow second at 35 points. A battle, Bangalore will remember for a while to come.
