Campus Quiz Results - Manipal – TAPMI tops Manipal
The city of Manipal wore a festival look with the college fest that was on at the campus. Adding to the attraction was a premier quiz that all students wanted to be part of. Pickbrain commenced proceedings with his customary wit and banter as he went about picking his six finalists from the prelim.
The finalists were:
- TAPMI: Rithwik and Krishna
- Manipal University: Ujan Sengupta and Apuroop Sethupathy
- MIT: Raoul Fernandes and Suvayan Nandi
- N.M.A.M (NITTE): Nishanta and Saurabh Rao
- NIT Sarathkal: Ms. Anindita. R and Ms. Soumya. E
- MIT: Jeevansh Gill and Krishna Chhabra
The final started with the girls from NIT dominating and looking really well equipped but as the quiz moved into the next round the duo from TAPMI came up with some truly brilliant answers to get past all the teams.
As the buzzers came into play TAPMI moved to strength to strength while the girls gave room for the NITTE and MIT team of Ujan and Apuroop to claw their way back and in the final round it was a three way battle for the second place. The quiz ended in a tie between NITTE and MIT which the latter clinched.
The prizes were distributed by Dr.Veena Maben, Associate Director, Student Welfare, MIT Manipal who welcomed such events on campus and described it as a “perfect blend of information and entertainmentâ€.

- RUNNER UP : Manipal University – Ujan Sengupta and Apuroop Sethupathy
